ITCZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone

* I learned that ITCZ or  Intertropical Convergence Zone , known by sailors as the doldrums, is the area encircling the earth near the equator where the northeast and southeast trade winds come together.

* I want to know more about ITCZ  because this weather disturbances/phenomena mostly affects tropical countries like Philippines.

* I would like to seek for the history of ITCZ and what it is effect in one country.

* I appreciate the fact that it is referred as the doldrums because of its erratic weather patterns with stagnant calms and violent thunderstorms.

* I can apply my learning and insights about ITCZ through communicating and listening to the facts that are given by our weather forecaster .

Fujiwhara effect

*I learned that  named after Sakuhei Fujiwhara, sometimes referred to as Fujiwara interaction or binary interaction, is when two nearbycyclonic vortices orbit each other and close the distance between the circulations of their corresponding low-pressure areas.

* I want to know more about the different factors that can affect Fujiwhara effect.

* I would like to seek for data and recordings of our government if this Fujiwhara effect happen yearly in our country.

* I appreciate the fact that binary interaction of smaller circulations can cause the formation of a larger cyclone, or cause two cyclones to merge into one. It also rotate to their center that could have appearance of orbit.

* I can apply my learning and insights about weather phenomena like Fujiwhara effect that happen in our country.
